Transform Compost Systems offers an intensive 3-day training course for compost facility operators. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of the operational and technical,chemical and physical, environmental, economic and business, and social and legal issues related to large-scale composting of organic material. The course is hands-on training programs with practical exercises and a field trip.

The course is taught by Dr. John Paul.

John has been specializing in composting and organic waste management for more than 20 years. John has a thorough knowledge of the Canadian and international compost industry, and he combines solid academic competence with hands-on experience from numerous successful projects and roots in the agricultural industry.

The course fully complies with the personnel training plans required by the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation (OMRR) in British Columbia and covers all topics, and more, proposed in the OMRR compost facility requirement guidelines.
